JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Setting : Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Room, Clinic, Call Trauma Level III
  • FTE : .5
  • Required Procedures / Job Duties : Seeing Clinic patients, robotic procedures, and general urology surgeries
  • OR time for various procedures
  • EMR : EPIC
  • Support Staff : MA, NP / PA, RN
  • Reason for Coverage : unexpected leave of absence.

  • What is the average # of procedures performed in a day? 4-6
  • What is the average # of patients seen in the clinic per day? 12-16

    • SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

  • Board Certified Urology - Required or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency completion)
  • Active CO License - Highly Preferred
  • Active BLS - Required for credentialing
  • Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
  • Candidates must detail which of the stints open through Sept 2025 they are able to cover and must be available for any stint in job description to be considered - Required
  • Candidates must be able to perform Robotic procedures - Required
  • Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
  • Clean Malpractice - Required, Candidates who present with a self inquiry NPDB report at time of presentation will be considered with priority over those that do not.
