The following are the duties of this position at the GS-13 . If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.

Specialized Experience :

For the GS-13 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes :

• Transitioning organizational sites and / or data to Power BI or similar software; AND
• Conducting analysis of systems to assist in determining the nature of system requirements (i.e., building new systems or developing enhancements to improve current systems), and ensuring FISMA requirements are met; AND
• Developing organizational web pages / site consistent with Federal and agency guidelines (e.g., FOIA, Privacy, Section 508, Connected Government Act) and needs of the organization; AND
• Providing technical advice and guidance on data processing projects, software issues and project justification studies.

For the GS-12 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes :

For the GS-11 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes :

OR Education : You may substitute education for specialized experience as follows : completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.

OR Combination : You may qualify by a combination of experience and education. To combine education and experience, the total percentage of experience at the required grade level compared to the specialized experience requirement, as well as the percentage of completed education compared to the education requirement must equal at least 100 percent.

Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service . One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
