• $85,000–$120,000+ annual earnings (base + bonuses) with clear paths to exceed the $120,000 earnings early on in your career based on performance. We expect our attorneys to earn $100,000+ within one year with the firm, even when they are recent law school graduates.
• Quarterly bonuses and profit sharing — directly tied to your collection hourly performance.
• Partially remote schedule with flexibility and respect for your personal life.
• No weekly evening or weekend work expectations.
