• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Talkin' Tacos' recipes and quality standards
• Ensure that all food preparation and cooking processes meet sanitation and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
• Monitor and manage food inventory to minimize waste and maximize freshness
• Assist in the development of new menu items and specials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
