Overview

Senior Attorney Needed for a rapidly growing business law firm based in New Mexico with offices in Albuquerque and Santa Fe.

Base pay range

$120,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Support business law matters, including Mergers and Acquisitions, commercial leases, real estate, and securities.
• Handle Intellectual Property matters (e.g., trademarks, copyrights, patents) as applicable.
• Work as part of a team to advise clients and contribute to case strategy and outcomes.

As an Attorney on our team, we are looking for someone with the following experience : JD from an accredited law school, admitted to the New Mexico Bar, 10+ years of litigation experience, and 2+ years in Business Law. Required experience in Securities law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and commercial leases and real estate; IP experience is also desired.
