North Carolina Licensed Pre-Surgical Nurse

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Pre-Surgical Screening.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient health assessments over the phone to prepare them for surgery

Collaborate with physicians and team members to create and evaluate individualized care plans

Manage and provide care in accordance with current policies and procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required

Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State / Compact required

One year of relevant experience preferred

Active BLS certification required
