Diaz Logistics is seeking skilled CDL A Local Flatbed drivers in Lorain, OH to join their team! Diaz specializes in flatbed trailer transportation and offers local routes to get you home every night. Safety is a core value at Diaz Logistics, and they are looking for drivers with a strong commitment to safe driving practices.

Compensation

  • Annual Pay : $50,000 - $70,000 based on experience and route selection

Driver minimum pay : $1,100

Drivers receive 30% of line haul rate or$1,100, which ever is greater :

  • Driver Requirements to Qualify :

    • Daily Availability must be available for work 5 days / week

  • No Load Refusals Take every load assigned, regardless of destination.
  • Must be on-time for deliveries
  • Bonuses

    • Quarterly Safety Bonus of $200 for each quarter withoutincident

  • $500 Referral Bonusfor referring new drivers that make it 90 days
  • $500 hiring bonus to drivers after 90 days of employment
  • Paid via direct deposit weekly

    • Home Time, Route & Schedule

  • Home Time : Home daily
  • Route : Local, within 200 miles of Lorain, OH
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday, morning check ins
  • Touch freight : strap & tarp loads

    • Equipment :

  • Late model equipment
  • Automatic & Manual transmission
  • Outward facing cameras
  • Flatbed

    • Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid CDL License
  • Minimum of 2years of CDL A driving experience
  • A proven record of safe driving, both professionally and personally.
  • A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no more than 3 points in the past 3 years.
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules.
  • Must live within 40 miles of Lorain, OH
