Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Dover, DE

Currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a non-profit and well established medicare certified agency. Territory is comprised of specific zip codes in the Kent County, DE Region very doable coverage area! Position could be full time, part time or per diem and pay + benefits are guaranteed on a bi-weekly basis for full time / part time!

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00AM - 4 : 30PM with flexibility

Benefits and Compensation of the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) :

  • Highly competitive salary ranging from approximately $37.00 - $50.00 per hour depending on years of experience as a licensed SLP.

  • Mileage reimbursement offered between first and last patient (.70 / mile)

Responsibilities of the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) :

  • Conduct in home revisits for adult and geriatric medicare patients residing across the Kent County, DE region (Smyrna, Dover, and Milford Area)
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (RN Case Manager, Social Worker, PT / OT, etc) to provide the highest level quality of care.

    • Requirements of the Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) :

  • Minimum of 1 year previous experience working as an SLP ideally with the geriatric patient population
  • Strong work history, minimum of 1-2 years with each previous employer
  • Valid Driver's License
