We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager - Strategic Partnerships to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities within the designated region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales and business development in the building, commercial and industrial; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing market space.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements.
  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

  • Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats within the region.
  • Business Strategy : Develop and implement effective business strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • New Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with our departments such as marketing, engineering, service, and operations to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis : Prepare regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize results.
