Join the Deflector Maintenance team as an EXPERIENCED HD Mechanic and be responsible for daily service and repairs to Sandvik DD421, Sandvik DL321, Sandvik 517 and 514 (rct) & 307 (rct), Sandvik DL431, Sandvik DL331, Volvo IT's – L60 to L120, Epiroc 6020, MT54, MT65, Normet charge wagons.

About the role

FIFO ex Perth or DIDO ex Geraldton ($300 fuel subsidy for eligible DIDO)

2 / 2 roster – nights first then days – fly home off day shift!

Hourly rate starting from $68.98 per hour

About you

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a mine site environment
• Australian recognised Trade Certificate
• Demonstrated experience working on Sandvik Drills
• Proven experience in the repairs and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment underground
• Breakdown repairs and servicing of heavy mining equipment
• Diagnostic fault finding on mechanical systems
• Maintain maintenance data on a daily basis
• Sound planning and organisational skills
