Job Title : Lead II - UX Design - Onsite

Pay Range : $58 / hr - $63 / hr
Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and innovative UI / UX Designer to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in design and front-end development, with a proven ability to create seamless, user-centered web applications. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and leadership to deliver outstanding user experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using ReactJS or AngularJS , ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design systems to effectively communicate concepts.
- Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies .
- Mentor and guide junior designers , providing constructive feedback and maintaining design quality and consistency.
- Partner with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation .
- Apply design standards and best practices consistently across platforms.
- Analyze user data and feedback to drive continuous improvement in product usability.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field .10+ years of experience in UI / UX design and development with a strong, diverse portfolio .Proficiency with Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite , and prototyping tools.Strong expertise in front-end frameworks (ReactJS or AngularJS).Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript .Proven ability to conduct user research and usability testing .Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and design thinking mindset .Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively articulate design concepts.Ability to thrive both independently and in a team within fast-paced environments.Experience working in Agile / Scrum development processes (preferred).
