Facility is a 69 Bed Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center located in Montesano, WA. The City of Montesano is centrally located in Grays Harbor in southwest Washington . It lies at the nexus between the Pacific beaches and Oregon coast. Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 40 HRS / 13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility.
