Job Title : Sales Manager – Residential Roofing

Location : Lafayette, Louisiana

Salary : $80,000 – $100,000 + Profit Share Incentives

With a reputation for excellence and steady growth in the region, we are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive continued success in thier Lafayette, Louisianna branch.

Position Overview :

The Sales Manager will oversee a team of 15-30 sales representatives, project managers and branch staff, ensuring performance goals are met and revenue streams are expanded throughout the Lafayette area and surrounding markets. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales management, particularly in residential construction, roofing, or related industries. This individual will coach, motivate, and hold the team accountable while strategically driving growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and revenue.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular coaching, feedback, and training.
  • Foster a high-energy, results-driven sales culture.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, community partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify new opportunities, market trends, and growth initiatives.
  • Oversee sales processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to company leadership.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in sales management, within the residential roofing sector
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of local market dynamics in Lafayette and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented, with a history of driving growth and market share.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
