The Company is seeking a Head of Growth and Lifecycle to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and expanding the cross-channel pipeline, with a focus on integrating digital, lifecycle, field, and partner programs into a cohesive and trusted system. Key responsibilities include building the growth system, reinventing lifecycle marketing, turning trials into accounts, leading ABM programs, setting field and event priorities, directing agencies, and partnering with the content team to align assets with marketing priorities.
Applicants for the Head of Growth and Lifecycle position at the company should have a proven track record in building attribution and lifecycle systems, with experience in HubSpot / SFDC. The role requires a strategic operator who can set direction and execute through various teams, and who is adept at directing SEO and digital agencies to ensure a strong ROI. The ideal candidate will be a curious, creative, and driven individual with a passion for finding pipeline in innovative ways. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to provide a clear, weekly view of channel performance, a significant portion of the new pipeline coming from lifecycle, ABM, and field, and a strong trial-to-account mapping with SQL lift.
