Position : Retail Skatepark Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team and ensure the highest level of customer engagement through sales results.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment and provide daily coaching and performance feedback to associates.
• Assist in coaching and supervision of the store team and emulate a best-in-class customer experience.
• Strategically maximize store sales, monitor progress against targets, and support a consumer-centric mindset.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching on the in-store experience and visual merchandising standards.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, standards and practices.

Hiring Range : $21.00 – $27.72 USD per hour

Incentive Potential : Eligible for additional compensation awards including an annual incentive plan or sales incentive. Specific details will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
