$304,478.00 Base Salary (full-time), Additional earning potential through Performance Incentive Program

Practice Details :
- Single Clinic Coverage
- Monday-Friday 7 : 00 am-5 : 30 pm (varies depending on site)
- Full-time 1.0 FTE, 40 hrs / week (Flexible with number of days and hours worked, offer prorated based on schedule)
- 1 : 2 physician to MA / LPN ratio for maximum assistance
- APP support at all locations
- Create your schedule depending on your specific needs!
- Average 18-22 Patients Per Day (for full-time)
- Telenurse triage for call
- 35 Vacation / CME days per calendar year
- $4,000 CEM Allowance
- Six holidays : New Year's Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Clinics are closed on Fridays after Thanksgiving and half days on Christmas Eve.
