Facilities Account Manager

C&W Services, one of North America's largest and most successful integrated Facilities Services Company with over 50 years of facilities outsourcing experience is looking for a Facilities Account Manager for a major customer account. The Account Manager is a position within the line of operations of C&W Services. The incumbent is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, as well as directly supervising the maintenance operations. Specific responsibilities include scheduling, performance evaluation, inventory control, quality assurance, orientation, training and customer interface.

Responsibilities / Tasks / Duties

• Schedule : Monday-Friday (8 : 00am-5 : 00pm or 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm).
• Pay : $85,000-$100,000.
• Directs the daily activities for maintenance staff.
• Staffs, directs, and develops personnel to ensure that operational activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Implements a safety program in accordance with their respective company policy to educate employees on proper use of equipment, chemicals, and supplies with the goal of reducing liability and worker injury.
• Maintains / monitors work area reports on performance statistics, inventories, problem areas and related information.
• Conducts ongoing quality assurance evaluations / checks of work areas.
• Supervises, motivates, disciplines, and evaluates staff.
• Establishes / maintains job performance standards.
• Ability to create processes, procedures & policies
• Monitors equipment / supply use inventories.
• Participates in ongoing supervisory skill development as well as maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of current technical practices used by C&W Services.
• Performs other duties as required.
