What Youll Do :

Manage customer with their insurance accounts and keep their information up to date.

Guide clients through policy changes, renewals, payments, billings and insurance claims.

Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services.

Provide Insurance Quotes and Review the Value and Coverage with Prospective Customer

Collaborate with the team to strategize and hit business targets.

What Were Looking For :

Ambitious, energetic, and eager to learn.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Prior experience in insurance or a related field is a plus, but we're also excited to train the right candidate!

Qualification :

Willing to pursue Property & Casualty and Life / Health Insurance License through the State of Illinois (or already possess the license)
