We’re seeking an organized, helpful, and ambitious Sales Representative to manage existing customer relationships, renew maintenance and support agreements, handle sales administration, and drive customer satisfaction and growth through digital interactions.
The following includes essential duties and responsibilities.
Proactively engage with existing customers throughout the sales cycle via various channels (email, calls, online meetings).
Keep support and maintenance services up to date and renewed for customers.
Enter client data and other sales-related information into company databases (Oracle), ensuring data accuracy and contact updates.
Report monthly on goal achievements related to proactive customer contacts for add-on products.
Contact customers via email or phone to collect past-due accounts; escalate when necessary.
Other duties may be assigned.
