Role Snapshot
Were hiring a financially sharp Administrative Assistant / Controller to support leadership and keep our operations running on time and error-free. Youll own payables / receivables, reporting, vendor coordination, and executive admin the hub connecting finance, partners, and projects.
What Youll Do
- Own A / P & A / R across multiple entities; process payments & invoices
- Manage vendor onboarding , compliance docs, and coordination
- Maintain expense tracking , reconciliations, and detailed records
- Prepare internal reports / filings , project documentation, and dashboards
- Liaise with accountants, consultants, and development partners
- Support leadership with calendar, travel, and workflow management
- Drive operational accuracy and on-time execution across deliverables
What You Bring
5+ years in accounting / finance or controller-level admin (real estate or family office a plus)Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel / Google Sheets, and Google WorkspaceMeticulous organization , clear communication, and follow-throughHigh integrity, discretion , and ownership mindsetWhy Join
