Job Responsibilities
Primary internal proposal leader for strategic pursuitsLiaise with marketing and professional services to manage and track proposal opportunitiesCoordinate and produce proposals, interview presentations, and general correspondenceMaintain marketing information (project information, team member resume information) in Deltek Vantagepoint databaseWork with minimum supervision and perform self QA / QC of workAdhere to safety standards to uphold a safe and efficient environmentMaintain a professional attitude and fulfill responsibilities with integrityQualifications
2+ years of proposal / marketing experienceKnowledge of A / E / C industry and proposal preparation processExperience strategizing, organizing, and developing all aspects of proposal responsesExcellent technical writing and editing skillsSuperior organization skills with attention to detailExperience with Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint preferredMotivation to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlinesDesire to collaborate with professionals and clients to increase industry knowledge and grow within careerCommitment to perform responsibilities consistent with industry standards to achieve department and company goalsWork Location Flexibility
Hybrid schedule eligible after training period, based on department needs.
