Project Architect / Manager / ARCI Architects
We are seeking an individual that has a broad range of experience and is capable of organizing and running several project from start to finish. Your Technical knowledge of Construction is essential. 3D capability and freehand sketching are strongly encouraged and supported. The goal is to free my time and have someone to replace many of the hours I invest in design and contract administration. A sound design capability would release me to bring in additional projects to support our joint capability.
In addition, I would encourage someone that is in the position to absorb this Company in support of their goals and desire to lead and own a firm that will contribute to society and our profession. (This however is not a requirement but a desire to secure the next generation for leadership)
Responsibilities
- Ability to prepare a complete set of documents and coordinate the work of the consultants
- Encourage and support sustainable design solutions
- Become involved in the community, promoting the firm and future clients
