Building Launch Manager, People

The Building Launch Manager, People leads multiple high impact initiatives that support the successful launch of new pharmacies and fulfillment centers specifically focusing on hiring, onboarding, and training execution. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional launch partners and strong ownership over project planning and delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized and brings both deep operational launch expertise and exceptional project and people management skills. This role will work across multiple locations and spend a significant amount of time at our fulfillment centers & pharmacies.

In addition to project execution, the Building Launch Manager, People will develop and manage detailed project plans, presentations, dashboards, trackers, and post-launch documentation; including lessons learned analysis and continuous process improvements. This person will be responsible for ensuring that launch labor and training plans are met, and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of operational excellence

You Will :

• Planning and Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Onboarding, Training and Launch Support : Coordinating onboarding hiring events, onboarding plans, training plans and launch support needed for new buildings.
• Cross-functional Coordination : Collaborate with various departments like R&D, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Learning, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and coordination.
• Timeline Management : Monitor and manage project timelines, identify critical paths, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time launch by identifying gaps and potential impact to timelines.
• Budget Management : Monitor project budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
• Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that arise during the launch process.
• Post-Launch Analysis : Analyze the results of the launch to identify areas for improvement in future launches.
