Location : Van Buren County, MI

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 a.m.-3 : 30 p.m.

Pay : $18-$25.

Job Overview :

CDR ProSource is partnering with a leading precision manufacturing company in Van Buren County, MI. Known for their commitment to quality craftsmanship and innovation, this company is seeking experienced CNC Lathe Machinists to join their skilled and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills.
  • Perform various machining operations, including drilling, turning, grooving, knurling, and thread chasing.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as needed.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
  • Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and dial indicators.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding mechanical drawings.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and shop math skills.
  • Must own and bring basic machinist tools.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
