A company is looking for a Regional Director of Enterprise Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve sales objectives
Define and execute a regional sales plan to drive growth in new and existing accounts
Conduct regular pipeline reviews and accurately forecast sales performance
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of first-line management experience with 5+ years in closing complex software deals
Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales goals of $5-10M+
Experience in a tech company (SaaS or IT infrastructure preferred)
Familiarity with sales methodologies such as the challenger sale or MEDDIC approach
Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop high-performing sales teams
