Key Responsibilities :

• Perform detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial demolition and excavation projects using PlanSwift software.
• Prepare and submit change orders, ensuring compliance with project specifications and budgets.
• Participate in job walks to assess site conditions, scope of work, and potential challenges.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to develop competitive bids.
• Analyze blueprints, site plans, and specifications to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, revisions, and project data for reporting and auditing.
