Job Position : Production Worker

Location : Rosharon, TX 77583

Pay Rate : $14- $15 / hr

Shift : 1st (7a-4p), 2nd (3p-12a), 3rd (11p-8a)

Job Purpose : The dip line operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the glove dipping line, ensuring the production in accordance with manufacturing standards. This role includes overseeing machinery operation, maintaining proper chemical levels, identifying and reporting product defects, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities :

• Operate glove dipping line machinery following established operating procedures.
• Monitor production parameters (e.g., line speed, tank temperatures, chemical levels) and make minor adjustments as necessary.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure glove quality meets production standards.
• Load and replenish production materials such as coagulant, latex / nitrile, powder, and water.
• Record production data, including material usage, downtime, and quality checks.
• Communicate issues or abnormalities with equipment, materials, or product quality to the supervisor.
• Work closely with team members in stripping, packing, quality, and maintenance to ensure continuous operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and sanitation policies.
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
