The Roofing Operations Manager at Legacy Restoration is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production team, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing production schedules, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality control procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in production management within the construction or restoration industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to optimize processes and workflows.

Production Oversight :

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the production team to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, sales, and procurement teams to ensure materials, labor, and resources are allocated effectively.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and financial goals.
