A leading organization in the equipment and services sector is seeking a detail-driven Billing Specialist to support its financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving billing discrepancies, and values accuracy and compliance in every transaction.

• ???? What You’ll Be Doing

Generate and validate invoices for parts, services, and equipment transactions.

Apply accurate tax rates using integrated compliance tools.

Resolve billing exceptions and rebill as needed.

Collaborate with project managers and service teams to ensure invoice completeness.

Monitor billing backlog and aged receivables, resolving discrepancies promptly.

Support month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations.

Assist with audit preparation and maintain detailed documentation trails.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and system onboarding.

✅ What You Bring

Minimum 2+ years of billing or accounting experience.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM preferred.

Familiarity with Avalara tax tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).

Understanding of lien filing and waiver processes is a plus.

Associate degree preferred but not required.

Pay Details : $60,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
