Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
- Serve as a resource to the team and right-hand person to leadership for marketing recommendations, oversight, organization, knowledge and protocols.
- Manage response preparation for prequalifications, proposals, and presentations by coordinating with internal team, external partners, and clients to develop complete, thoughtful, and successful proposals.
- Complete government forms, client questionnaires, and qualifying statements as required.
- Participate in the development of and maintain all marketing resource materials, such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, files, and client database.
- Develop new design ideas for marketing materials.
- Prepare and execute brand strengthening initiatives.
- Monitor prospects; perform lead and opportunity tracking; track the proposal development process from initial pursuit consideration to delivery.
- Maintain resume file information so that it is current, accurate, and appropriate.
- Prepare status reports on marketing efforts.
- Assist with conference / seminar presentations as needed.
- Assist in writing press releases and other marketing / public relations materials.
- Develop concepts and maintain company website.
- Develop and maintain content on social media, such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with management and technical staff.
