The posted compensation range of $19.01 - $24.24 / hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

Incumbent answers all incoming telephone calls in a helpful professional manner. Incumbent ensures that all procedures for Imaging, Cardio-Diagnostics, ATU and / or Endoscopy are scheduled appropriately while assuring timeliness of the appointment. In addition the incumbent will provide scheduling services and preparation instructions to the patient or doctors office. Incumbent ensures appropriate equipment for each procedure is available and distributes surgical and ancillary schedules as appropriate.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements :

• HS Diploma
• Working knowledge of computer software such as word processing and spreadsheet applications;
• Working knowledge of Medical Terminology and scheduling software
• Scheduling or call center experience preferred
