NOTE : This is a client-facing Product Analytics role embedded with our Customer Success team. Prior Customer Success experience is a plus but not requiredwe'll train you on our Customer Success playbooks. This role requires fluent business Spanish and strong technical acumen.

LOCATIONS : Preferred locations are Texas, Georgia, or South Florida for the right candidate.

About the Role & Team

As a Product Analytics Strategist partnering with Amplitude's Customer Success team, you'll serve as a strategic product advisor to a portfolio of LATAM enterprise customers. You'll help product executives, analytics leaders, and growth teams build better digital products using Amplitudedriving adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term value.

What You'll Do

• Partner with customers' Product, Analytics, and Growth teams to set strategy, define goals, and execute plans that move key product metrics.
• Advise senior stakeholders (CPOs, VPs of Product, Heads of Analytics) on using Amplitude to inform product decisions, roadmaps, and experimentation.
• Lead strategic business reviews and deep-dive analytics sessions that demonstrate impact and uncover new growth opportunities.
• Translate product usage and health signals into clear, actionable recommendations that improve retention, activation, and conversion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services to channel customer feedback into product enhancements and adoption initiatives.
• Codify best practices and playbooks customers can use to scale evidence-based product development.

What You'll Bring

AI Skills (Preferred, not required) : Familiarity with modern AI / LLM models and capabilities; ability to spot pragmatic product use cases and define success metrics; awareness of data privacy and responsible AI. Comfort experimenting with model APIs is a plus.

Travel Requirements

Up to 5-10 days per month.
