The Program Manager (Value Stream Leader) is responsible for supporting deal creation, overseeing proposal preparation, applicable Gate Reviews, supporting negotiations, initial contract start-up, establishing and supporting regular customer status meetings, and coordinating with the McKinney-based teams, matrixed functional support teams, to ensure timely completion of development / delivery milestones per the IMS, post-delivery support, and engineering services efforts.
This position includes management of integrated product team (IPT) leads, various functional supporters, and direct report program management employee(s) to ensure all contract, technical, and programmatic requirements are met. Understanding of product licensing structures, capture management experience, experience transitioning IRAD to a licensed product a plus.
This position is an ONSITE role located in our McKinney, Texas facility.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the companys performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
