What You’ll Do :

Analyze and streamline manufacturing processes

Lead continuous improvement & lean initiatives

Support new product launches and equipment layouts

Collaborate with production & engineering teams

Drive efficiency, safety, and cost savings

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering

3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing / automotive preferred

Lean manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge

Strong problem-solving & communication skills
