Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and stewardship of brand identity and visual systems

Design and produce marketing assets for B2B campaigns and sales enablement materials

Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications

8 - 10 years of experience in B2B marketing and brand design

Strong portfolio showcasing strategic brand systems and design execution

Experience managing and mentoring junior designers

Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
