Title : Building Maintenance Engineer (Commercial)

Locations : Boston MA 02111 (Downtown)

Duration : Permanent / Direct-Hire

Targeted Pay Range : $100,000 - $120,000 (based on experience, education, certifications, etc.) - also includes 5-10% bonus

Shift : Monday – Friday (8 : 00am – 4 : 00pm)

Start Date : ASAP

Must Haves :

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in the commercial or industrial space
• Valid driver’s license and must meet company safe motor vehicle operation criteria (Will be driving personal vehicle)
• 3+ year experience in a service oriented position or environment
• 3+ years hands on maintenance experience in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building mechanical and electrical system
• Ability to log work orders via cell phone / Angus system

Our client is looking for a Building Maintenance Engineer to support their facilities operations team. This person is responsible for providing facilities & property maintenance to a local portfolio of medical office buildings. This position involves the coordination, management and physical activity associated with the operation and maintenance of various building systems for commercial medical office facilities. Building Engineer is expected to provide the skills, knowledge and capabilities necessary to oversee and perform these duties as necessary for the proper operation and management of such facilities.
