The Manufacturing Technician I will perform entry level manufacturing duties in the production, assembly, and inspection of custom products used in cell and gene therapy and clinical trials. Saint-Gobain trains and cross-trains technicians on all steps in the process, so that technicians can learn new skills and develop their careers. Technicians work in ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanrooms to meet our customer's high quality and manufacturing standards.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

Education :

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate ; Required

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the pay rate for this position which is $20 per hour, plus 2nd shift differential of $2 / hr for 2nd shift positions.

In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments / an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
