About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to help build and define our FP&A / corporate finance practice. As Range's FP&A Manager, you'll be the bridge between data and direction, empowering our company with clarity and confidence as we scale.
We're excited to hire this role at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA, or our New York City hub. All of our positions follow an in-office schedule Monday through Friday, allowing you to collaborate directly with your team. What You'll Do With Us
- Partner with the VP of Finance to deliver the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range plan owning significant modeling and analysis responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and refine financial models and KPIs (revenue forecasts, unit economics, cohort analyses, CAC / LTV, pricing scenarios, etc.)
- Execute monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and narrative commentary for leadership and operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, operations to gather assumptions, stress-test plans, and provide financial clarity
- Drive process improvements, template standardization, automation, and scaling of FP&A workflows and tools
- Support fundraising, board materials, due diligence, and strategic finance projects as needed
What Will Set You Apart
5+years of experience in transaction advisory, corporate finance, audit (Big 4 or similar) or FP&AMBA, CPA, or similar credentialStrong technical capabilities advanced Excel, financial modeling, scenario analysis; experience with BI, analytics, SQL, and FP&A / planning tools (Adaptive, Vena, Planful, Datarails, etc) is a plusSolid accounting fundamentals with command across P&L, balance sheet, cash flowAbility to translate detailed models into high-level business insight and narrativeStrong ownership mindset comfortable in ambiguity, proactive, bias for actionFamiliarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, cohort, CAC, LTV) and / or startup experience is a plusBenefits
