Cybersecurity Incident Response Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Detection & Response.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and guide the evolution of security incident response capabilities, including framework maturation and post-incident reviews

Lead regular tabletop exercises with key partners to ensure organizational readiness for security incidents

Serve as the senior leader during major security incidents, coordinating cross-functional efforts for effective resolution

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in the Cybersecurity domain, focusing on defensive security operations

4+ years of direct experience leading a security function and maturing an Incident Response program

Deep, hands-on experience as an Incident Commander or senior incident handler for complex security incidents

Strong technical foundation in modern cloud infrastructure, security logging, and SIEM platforms

Strategic mindset with the ability to develop a long-term vision for a critical security function
