About The Position

Job Title : Centralized Scheduler – Retinal

Location : Mount Kisco, NY

Schedule :  Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Employment Type : W2 Contract, 4 month

Pay Range :   $19-20 / hr.

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Centralized Scheduler to join our busy retinal care team. This role plays a vital part in patient experience and clinic efficiency by managing appointment scheduling both over the phone and in person. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a healthcare background, and prior experience using Epic.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls through an ACD line to schedule patient appointments
• Assist patients onsite at checkout with scheduling follow-up visits
• Work closely with a team of 3 providers, 5 technicians, and front desk staff to support daily clinic operations
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure accurate data entry into the Epic system
• Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor in a fast-paced healthcare environment
