Job Description

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and financial reporting.

Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.

Work closely with auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accountant should have :

• A strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
