As a Part Time Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for various billing activities, including accurately identifying supplier information to ensure deduction matching and some deduction processing responsibilities, or processing customer payments and applying them to their respective invoices.

What You'll Do

• Part Time : minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Indexing back up related to customer deductions.
• Reviews and researches information to accurately identify supplier ID's
• Manages generic email boxes to ensure the timely filing of customer deduction info.
• Creates, posts, and adjusts deposits to customer accounts
• Indexing all back up that is related to customer deductions
• Reviews and research invoice discrepancies
• Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
