A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Category Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of the Population Health & Clinical Services Category Strategy

Manage the Category team and oversee procurement processes, ensuring compliance and performance tracking

Facilitate strategic sourcing initiatives and monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Sourcing, Procurement, or related field; Master's degree preferred

6+ years of experience in category management, preferably within the healthcare industry

CPM / CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent certification preferred

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel

Ability to collaborate effectively in Teams and manage complex contract negotiations
