Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Waco, TX

$2,300 / week | 13-Week Contract | SNF & Rehab Setting

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Travel Occupational Therapist to join a trusted partner facility in Waco, TX . Position Details

Contract Length : 13 weeks (potential for extension)

Shift : Day shift

Schedule : 40 hours / week (5x8s or 4x10s)

Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) & Rehab – outpatient and inpatient services

Compensation : $2,300 per week

Job Responsibilities

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with physical, emotional, or developmental challenges.

Provide therapy to improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).

Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Texas (or eligibility).

Active BLS / CPR certification .

Previous SNF and / or rehab experience preferred, but strong new grads will be considered.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
