Registered Nurse – Dialysis (Outpatient)

📍  Rochester, NY 14611

🕒  Day Shift | 3x12 (5 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM)

💰  Pay : $2,200 – $2,250 / week (36 hours)

📅  13-week Contract

Job Description :

Join a compassionate dialysis team where your expertise makes a daily difference! As a Dialysis RN, you’ll provide direct patient care, monitor treatments, and ensure quality outcomes for individuals with chronic kidney disease. You’ll oversee dialysis operations, mentor support staff, and maintain the highest standards of safety and patient care.

Responsibilities include :

Performing and monitoring hemodialysis treatments

Managing patient schedules and treatment plans

Overseeing a 4-patient station (POD) operation

Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Ensuring equipment setup, maintenance, and safety protocols

Job Requirements

Requirements : ✅ Active RN License

✅ BLS Certification (Required)

✅ Outpatient & Chronic Dialysis Experience

✅ Experience as Charge Nurse / Team Leader – must be able to run a 4-patient POD (setup / string Fresenius machines, 1 : 1 patient care)
