What Youll Do :

Evaluate and treat pediatric clients using evidence-based, individualized interventions

Develop and implement effective treatment plans that support functional outcomes

Collaborate with caregivers and team members to ensure carryover and progress

Complete timely and accurate documentation that meets clinical and company standards

Provide caregiver education tailored to family needs and learning styles

Qualifications :

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Massachusetts licensure or eligibility

CCC-SLP or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

Passion for working with children in a team-focused environment

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits :

$73,00 $84,000 / year + biweekly performance-based bonuses

$20,000 sign on bonus available for full-time positions in our Georgia clinics
