About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET / F# Developer to join a regulated enterprise environment in Denver, CO. This role is focused on building robust, enterprise-grade applications and system integrations. The ideal candidate has strong F# expertise, solid .NET experience, and a history of working in structured, long-tenured roles within regulated industries such as banking. Startup environments are not a good fit for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET and F# .

Participate in system integration projects across multiple platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions.

Apply functional programming principles to improve code quality, maintainability, and performance.

Work on complex, regulated enterprise systems with high standards for reliability and compliance.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of professional software development experience.

1+ year of hands-on F# development experience.

Strong experience with .NET framework .

Background in regulated environments (banking or similar) preferred.

Experience in system integration projects.

Track record of long-tenure roles (2+ years per role) .

Exposure to functional programming languages (F#, Scala, or similar).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Exposure to other programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar .

Enterprise experience in structured teams with long-term projects.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
