License : Active license required

Certifications : BLS required; COVID-19 vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions only); Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions only)

Must-Have : Proficient in nursing assessment skills and OASIS data collection; Experience using EPIC; Past travel experience preferred

Job Description :

• Home Health RN, immediate start preferred
• 5x8 hour days, Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm
• Must be able to float to another office 64 miles away when current office does not have a staffing need, although this is not expected to be frequent
• Candidates residing within 50-99.9 miles are considered local and are eligible for only one 13-week assignment
• Required to work at least one holiday per season (including Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year)
• Orientation includes 24 non-billable hours
• Completion of relevant modules required, which may be done pre-start or during orientation with hours varying based on specialty
• Return travelers should have been away for a minimum of one year before returning as a traveler
