job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAssist engineering projects including scope, resource planning, budget activities, and project execution timelines. Communicate project milestones to stakeholders. Diagnose manufacturing technical issues and develop solutions to improve systems, process performance, quality, and cost. Support implementation of improvements and analyze data to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reliability. Develop controls and automation improvements for manufacturing platforms. Create User and Functional Requirements for equipment and integration. Contribute to Capital planning. Support validation strategies, write and execute validation protocols, and prepare validation reports. Assist with IQ / OQ / PQ / PV validations. Identify innovative technical and process solutions to improve cost, quality, compliance, customer service, and revenue. Coordinate with internal customers and external suppliers as needed. Provide technical support, training, and documentation for new equipment and processes. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Robotics Engineering Experience : 1-5 Years Control and Instrumentation Engineer in Tampa, FL Electrical Engineer I – INU Test Equipment Automation Engineer (SDET) with DevOps experience in Tampa, FL
