Salad Prep

This position is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sundays. The shift is 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM. The pay rate starts at $18 / hour.

Job Summary

The salad prep team member is responsible for the quality and quantity of prepared salad items. All salad items must be prepped in accordance with Parkhurst Culinary Gold Standards, recipes, and production procedures under strict sanitary conditions.
